The strong close to the season (7 pts the last 4 games) means the Hawks finish with 61 points, which is still abysmally low, but better than finishing in the 50s which they did last season.

While Bedard is likely the best overall player from the 2023 draft, I'll take Adam Fantilli as the consolation prize. 20 year old who notched 31 goals this year while playing 1st line minutes.

Fantilli was my favorite player after Bedard in that class. I said at the time and still feel that Anaheim made a terrible decision passing on him.
