Well, I missed the meltdown because my dog somehow got sprayed by a skunk despite us having a fenced in yard with 6 foot fences.

Cleaning her was probably less painful

I’m sick and horsefeathers tired of Seiya striking out looking with a runner on 3rd and less than 2 outs. It’s unacceptable how frequently it happens.  How have they it figured out how to get him to stop doing that?  You’re hitting 3rd dude, drive in runs

His 2-strike approach is non-existent.  He doesn't know how to fight tough pitches off.  He needs to expand his zone an inch or 2 on 2-strikes.

If there is one thing the Cubs are good at, it is getting swept in doubleheader.

I won't even ask for the Cubs to win on Sunday because they won't.

Add another one to the books!  I lost track of the number of losses when leading in the 8th inning or later but it’s historically high

They only an entire offseason to add reliable pen arms. Biggest problem is they have a dismissal 11-21 record vs the central and have lost the season series to every potential wildcard team.

games like last night are why there’s people still on the fence about being an arm away. Too little too late.

And whenever I use that to value a trade I am told not to do so. Based on that a PCA for Robert straight up is fair. Is it? In what world would the Sox really do that.

The problem is that many posters believe only in the sites that prove what they want to prove.  My only complaint about the site is they seem to value years of control more than success at the ML level, which is why PCA is "more valuable" than Robert.  That's why I padded our offer because we know the WS wouldn't accept a one-for-one deal in the real world.

Meanwhile kc picks up hunter harvey to pitch late innings with games on the line.

Hmmmm

It must be nice to have a front office that isn't asleep at the wheel.

That just means they wont get a PCA caliber prospect in return. They'll get the next tier like an Owen Caissie, or Jordan Wicks if they want a pitcher leading the charge, with a couple more guys thrown in to get that 3-4 player return.
