Yeah I had some success a little before 11 and have been waiting since then.

I got 8 tickets for the Boston series, 8 tickets for the White Sox series, opening day and a Cards series in August (the Saturday game). Overall I am VERY HAPPY!!!

until i have 81 games i dont have enough tickets :D ...or at least 20 or so for the weekends

Umm...I was 1750, it took me about 2 hours to get in the park (about 500 people). So I would say sometime between noon and one hopefully

And another reminder: if you get through in multiple windows at the same time, do NOT go for the same game in both windows. It won't let you go for another game in one of those windows if you buy tickets for the first game in the other window. I already cost myself at least 45 minutes because of doing that.

Isn't it illegal to sell your tickets for over face value in Illinois?

Holy cripes, I actually got tickets to a Cubs game. It took about 40 minutes, and I wasn't even really paying attention anymore. I figured I wasn't getting any. Went to change screens and noticed that one of my windows had a different title. Just bought opening day tickets, guess I am not going to the one in Milwaukee this year.

yes, unless you're licensed as a broker.

 

if you sell them over Ebay, nobody cares.

I'm not positive, but it shouldn't kick you back out to the VWR.

Good question. I have an exam in a couple hours and I plan on staying connected to the internet while I take it. Not that I'd actually get past this stupid waiting room, but if I did, I wonder how long I'd have to make a transaction.

Just to be on the safe side, though, on eBay be sure you throw in some cheapie Cubs item, like a baseball card you can part with, or even a zillion pocket programs. You can get away with saying the $$ are for the stuff, and the tix are at face value. It's a transparent argument, but it does work.

I'm still just trying for the 8/13 game. There were club box outfield, field box infield, and bleacher tickets available when I got through an hour ago, but I don't think I want to spend more than $30 a piece.

 

And to think that $30 will only get me terrace reserve infield.
