Carr has AC sprain in his shoulder.  The timetable for that injury is usually 2-6 weeks.

Jordan Love sucks. And that feels great.

He's just as ****** as Fields, although, I think Fields is a little more accurate, is definitely faster and may have a stronger arm.

Sure but we're towards the end of Fields, they are just starting with Love.  He's shown flashes too...i dont think he's any good but flashes keep fans hoping and dreaming for longer than they should.

I'd venture to say most highly-drafted QBs show flashes.  I'd be worried about that completion percentage if I was a Packer fan.  To be honest it's kind of weird to see a Packer QB miss easy throws, look down his primary receiver, and throw into tight coverage like he does.

I'm not going to write him off.  Not yet.  Way too early like you said.  I think DET is actually really good and they will probably take a few more teams by surprise.

What's weird to me is that Love consistantly misses open targets by overthrowing.  Normally, if you're inaccurate, you throw it too far, too short, too far right/left, etc, in a random walk, but it's always too far, with him.  It's really weird.  It's enough to tease me that I can imagine it's something that can be fixed, but probably not.  He probably won't ever be better than minimally above league average.  The O-line injuries came home to roost Thursday.  Pack offsense is pretty bad, and the Lions are pretty good, overall.

Unless your name is Bryce Young.

I have no idea why the Saints bothered to start Carr today. He can barely throw the ball. He's 13/21 for 66 yards right now.

On Friday when Cart first started throwing this week, the narrative put out there was that he’d be better at getting the ball out there to Kamara and quick hitters to receivers, what with how bad the O-line has been.  I dunno, that’s all I got.

At a certain point, I think Saints fans have to come to terms with the idea that maybe the Pete Carmichael/Sean Payton brilliant offensive minds thing was really just Drew Brees.  Between the two of them designing and calling plays, they’ve had 3 years with multiple QBs and the offense has been absolutely anemic.

CJ Stroud continues to be fantastic. 16/30 306 yards 2TD 0INT. He still hasn't thrown an INT in the NFL.

Whoever the hell came up with the S2 cognition test is going to lose every penny invested in it. That test all but accused Stroud of having a developmental disability and crowned Bryce Young the next Nobel Prize winner. Young is an unmitigated disaster. 1 TD drive (garbage time excluded) in 3 games.

How hard can it be to come up with some sort of virtual reality program that tests a QBs ability to read the field and make decisions?
