There’s one.

Minor Marquee complaint: I wish that they would flash the radar gun reading over a different spot than the count. Over the outs, or ideally the pitch count. That half second to see what the count is after missing the first couple pitches of the AB (and inevitably getting confused by the hitter being 0-2 or whatever) is annoying.

YES  I've had this thought several times before as well

Why don't they just put it over the "0-2" section of the batter part of the graphic?

Cubs fans:  look at Julian Merryweather, he throws 100 mph can you believe it?

Counsel: Hmm should I bring in the guy that throws 103, or one of the other 3 guys that can only get up to 100?

Ugh Nico's had some big situations tonight, hasnt been able to convert. 2-0 count ends with a foul pop up to 1B

That suks..  had to get 1 that inning

Had to get one in one of the last 3 innings where we had at multiple runners on base with less than 2 outs each time.

That said, that was basically the first 3 innings for the Brewers offense tonight so I guess we're even?

Some frustrating BABIP/sequencing luck these two games. Which is a generous way of saying that there have been some very infuriating big ABs by guys I otherwise like.

It might be because I'm looking for it but there seem to be an annoying number of big time ABs these days with Happ up where I would really prefer Cody

Burnes gave up 10 baserunners, eyeballing his gamelogs he's given up an average of 4-5 runs every time that's happened in the last several years.

Yep definitely some poor sequencing.  Feels like this game is full of examples of bad luck for the Cubs

Yes and no. Cody is a better hitter, so I generally agree. But like, the job that Cody got done today was only an option because of Happs double.

Don’t like this move. This loss will be on Ross.

Never so happy to be wrong. Now let’s win this one!

Definitely.  I mean that Hoerner AB alone is 2 runs simply wiped away.
