This is all Justin! Every non straight drop back passing yard, every rushing yard by the RBs. It's all about Justin. Running threat is opening holes for RBs. Running threat is keeping ends from rushing up the field and giving him time to throw. Running threat outside of the pocket is leaving guys wide open down the field. The defense has to spy with LBs and take 1 less person out of the coverage. That's 2 straight TD drives where it's 100% because of Fields simply existing. Previous drive, Lions didn't even try to get pressure and tried to make Fields throw it (and he did). This drive, guys are staying in lanes, coming up and leaving assignments. This is how you build an offense around your QB!

10-14, 154 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT, 147 QB Rating, 74 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Comparing Fields stats (and Jackson, and other QBs who add significant value running the ball) to other QBs you really need to add his running and passing totals together to compare yardage. No, 154 doesn't seem like a lot of yards, but 228 in the 3rd quarter does look pretty good and adequately describes his value.

all true! but I'm just as ecstatic that Kmet is coming through on the other end, a solid TE goes a long way to help build that O.

Now, a few deep bombs to Mooney and Claypool would be fun

Ok that was a really stupid penalty that you can’t blame on the refs

He wasn't even out of bounds though. Morrow shoved him out, Gordon punched the ball before he was out.

yea, I'm pissed Gordon didnt sack Goff but that was a hs call

yeah, it was pretty weak on the replay. It looked bad live, though.
