"Griffin, who he missed in the endzone last Thursday, for 5". Jesus announcers. Can't do anything but love Mac Jones after that horsefeathers, but let's take every shot at Fields we can.

I hate to say it, but Aikman says stuff that makes me think he has CTE

WHO CARES ABOUT BAILEY

Didn't he retire because of frequent concussions? And that was in the 90s, so you can probably at least double the number of diagnosed concussions to determine how many he actually had

I’m not sure what plays are out there but it still looks like he’s holding onto the ball way too long. It’s hurt him twice and helped him once this drive

Its very hard to see without A-22 view. But I feel like he's been fine most of the time on TV copy.

That end zone hold almost looked intentional. Fields was looking Kmet and if he gets separation it’s 6 points. But with the clock winding down a hold ruins the play and only gives them time for a FG attempt

On the one of those where they showed the view from behind the QB, there was absolutely nobody open

He had it, would have been 6.

Someone pointed out he only has 3 throwaways this year. I’m not saying it was/wasn’t possible in this scenario but he’s gotta throw those away if he can. Those negative plays both took them out of FG range. Yes he managed to get them back into good shape but you want to avoid negative plays there.

horsefeathers it im being negative after Fields had a great half nevermind. Great stuff JF1!

Regarding the C position there's no guy on the practice squad or even, off the streets they can sign? Too bad Kramer got hurt, would have been a big improvement over Mustipher.

I'm really happy with Justin in the first half tonight. Especially since the Pats were DVOA's #7 defense coming into the week. The INT doesn't chap me much since it was a tip, I think the fumbles (especially the first one) were greater sins.

Yeah - he was 9/13 for 133 with a td passing, then ran for 74 yards with a td, too.

Yea.. I'm trying to remember the penalty rules... A hold is only 5 yards, but a DPI would have put it on the 1 yard line right? So hold like hell there, just don't get the DPI is smart D. Definitely the type of thing a Belichick coached team would know.

Definitely willing to see what Dieter has at this point but not counting on it.

JC Tretter still a FA? No idea if he's got anything left in tank or even wants to.

It was a good half. Way less things to nit about than any other first half at least.

The holding on to the ball thing, Fields has got to know by now that's a bad idea with this line, just throw the horsefeathering ball away. Keep from getting hit and taking a sack.
