Packers have put up 38 points on your defense, but surely they'll stop them this time, right Nagy? His decision making is profoundly terrible.

Hey they only put up 31

Give it a minute.

Should be a standing rule that after you've given up 30+ points, punting is no longer an option.

Why? Normal people know this, it shouldn't be that hard to figure it out when you have a few yards or less to get

Phew. I was worried that we’d be stuck in this no man’s land that our first half would cause us to lose but not embarrassingly enough to get Nagy fired. he still might not get fired but I’d call losing the second half 24-0 pretty embarrassing

I mean, it's not like Nagy hasn't done this before

The Packers have like 10 plays that can automatically get them 3-4 yards in 3rd and short and I don’t think Nagy has any

He better not as he's punted twice in those short yardages situations

I was hoping for some divine intervention but alas, the Bears lose (and suck). Fields has a long way to go. When seemingly every offensive play looks like a jail break, not sure how much to build upon is there.

Fields

Smith

Johnson

Mooney

Quinn

Mack

Lotta holes after that

Lotta holes and tough to fill all of them. With Pace’s ability to trade draft picks makes it more difficult

It's funny how the minute Nagy rids himself of Mitch, his team REALLY starts to suck. They suck at everything even if they were gift wrapped Fields

Maybe Mitch actually hid more of Nagys faults then we gave him credit for

As far as tonight goes, like Matt Nagy I was having fun in the first half. Second half obviously not so much. I guess the Bears were having Club Dub at halftime while the Packers adjusted.

What was with all the jump passes by Fields? I can't recall seeing that from him before tonight.

Overall nothing too shocking outside of the burst of point scoring in the 2nd quarter. Bad team is bad. Didn't give up 50, woohoo!

FIRE NAGY NOW! DON'T EVEN LET HIM ON THE TEAM BUS!
Losing on the road to Green Bay in primetime isn't a reason to want him fired ASAP. I get you probably wanted him fired yesterday, but literally all year Bears fans have been like "fire him tonight, don't let him on the bus" for every loss. Every single loss we knew was gonna be an L going into the game, except maybe San Francisco and that was 50/50 at best.

No it’s just more affirmation that he is bad for the team and the QB. The offensive gameplan again was ridiculously bad and almost seems designed to make Fields worse. His conservative decision making didn’t cost them the game but it’s just more examples of him not putting the team in the best position to win due to his decisions.

I think many of us hope the Thanksgiving report was true but they backed off to save face and are waiting for one more embarrassing loss to cut the cord. I really don’t want to wait until the end of the season because he’s actively hurting the development of Fields by continuing to coach him. I know Fields has stuff he needs to work on regardless of coach but these game plans are not even giving him a chance to be successful.

So no in a vacuum this loss to the Packers isn’t grounds for a firing but something has to give at some point.
