22 times in 24 games where the offense has had a half where they failed to score a TD

Get your ass on the phone and boost that OL, Ryan. We're almost surely a playoff team but a WC defeat waiting to happen yet again.

Just sign Quinton Spain. He won’t cost draft capital that Pace loves to trade away.

Nagy’s offense was too technical for Mitch. Is it too

complicated still or does it not matter because the players just can’t execute?

Nagy is a bag of hot garbage and his offense is trash. He looks like he has been good because the defense has carried the team since he has been here.

Huge indictment against Nagy that he went to Foles because of things Mitch CAN'T do, but Foles also can't do them. Supposedly, the offense was dumbed down or limited by the QB. If this is the unlimited offense.......

Nagy admitted that he needs to get Kmet in there more. Where have you been? Just another reason to take play calling duties away from him because he’s got too much on his plate to see what’s needed to change.

Realistic quick fixes (that won't really fix anything) that I'd like the Bears to humor me with:

1. Sign Quinton Spain. I would love for them to trade for Kevin Zeitler from the Giants, but Spain doesn't cost draft picks. Coward has to go.

2. Move Lamar Miller to 53-man roster. If he has shown literally anything in practice, bring him up. Montgomery's vision and quickness are below average. Miller is a nice change of pace that can hit the occasional hole and keep Patterson out of the backfield.

3. More Anthony Miller. More 3-wide sets with him on the field. Put him back there on punts as well. If you're worried about him taking hits and getting injured, all he literally has to do is catch the ball to be an improvement over Ginn.

4. More Cole Kmet. Actually, maybe lock Demetrius Harris out of Soldier Field on Sunday. But seriously, Harris has more targets than Kmet, Ginn, Patterson, Wims, and obviously Ridley. And he's getting fewer yards per target than Bobby Massie did on his deflected reception. Graham should become a 3rd down and redzone player primarily. Kmet should be the every down TE.

5. Less changing personnel. The Bears had a good drive (ended in red zone w/ turnover on downs) when they stuck with 1 personnel group. Of course, that group included Harris getting 3 targets. A Miller, Robinson, Mooney, Kmet, Montgomery/L Miller for a whole drive.

I don't think Nagy's play calling was even in a "must win" mode at any point last night. There was one point where a receiver caught a ball and turned upfield along the sidelines rather than get out of bounds and stop the clock. Might have been Graham. The very next play was a run play up the middle for a short gain with time running off the clock. There was another point earlier where they were still huddling up down by three scores. This offense makes me sick.

I'm more then done with Nick Foles. he's under performing Trubisky (although I realize he's played against better defenses) and is completely immobile. At least with Mitch we had the chance of a scramble.

I'm willing to let Foles try and start bum slaying some D's before I call for Trubisky again. There really isn't any very good passing defense left on the schedule now, and in fact many of them are very bad.

Unfortunately, the bums that need slayed are on the offensive line and sidelines.

Have we seen him actually blame himself for stuff like this? I don't listen to his press conferences but from the tidbits I pick up I hear him say that he's so confused about what isn't working. I'm not saying playcalling is even the biggest reason they suck but it's definitely a legitimate reason. He does really weird stuff that makes no sense in the flow of the game.

That said, on Sunday I watched Kingsbury call 7 straight run plays (I guess they could have been RPO's that Kyler decided to run on) during a drive that started with under 7 mins left in the game and his team down 10. They kicked a FG at like 2:45 left, and were fortunate to be able to get the ball back and score a TD, but it was really strange playcalling. So maybe he's not alone in making questionable decisions.

except Foles is no Murray, thats a HUGE difference

There are times when I can sense the frustration from Foles on what Nagy is doing. Especially seen it with Foles in a rhythm, running quick plays, then Nagy pulls things back and wants to huddle up. Last night the Bears were moving the ball down the field and Nagy calls a timeout. The next play Foles is sacked. I don't think that happens if they just keep running plays relatively quickly.

Yeah I get it Foles isn't good. Trubisky isn't either. We have no good QB. But Nagy is crap too. I'd rather a QB be left to run things from the field if it's working. I didn't see the Rams suddenly shutting down their no huddle offense in the middle of their drives.
