How hard is it to get a backup radio announcer who knows how to properly align the pitch of his/her voice to the importance of the play they are calling?

 

It's been a problem for like the last 4 guys they've had. The worst was still Sirott though. His tone and intensity would change several times during the same call

no matter how bad zaidman is, i at least know what is going on because he doesn't call the plays like the listener can see them

 

Coomer calls the plays like he’s listening to someone else call them game on the radio and then trying to do PBP off that.
