I believe these innings count as "labored" right?

since it's lester i believe they call this performance "grinding"

 

he's really grinding his way through this game

Let’s do that thing where we progressively add to our lead with more runs. I was watching a Red Sox game the other day and they did it and I thought it was a pretty good strategy
