Kinda surprised they are going with Chatwood starting tomorrow no matter what and not seeing how tonight plays out with bullpen usage before making a decision...... If Chavez isn’t needed tonight start him and try and cobble together 5-6 competent innings from him, De La Rosa, Randy, or even Cishek as an “opener.” Only use Chatwood if we go down big. Not sure what sucks more, Monty to the DL or Chatwood taking his start. I'd rather have Underwood or Mills get a spot 3 inning start. And Rosario has been ass recently. Would rather see someone else get the call up but our depth is dwindling. I almost expect another trade before the August 31 deadline.

i'm not mad at him for it, but i'm still curious why the hell he would elect to get married during the season

it was a scheduled off day, Willson did the same thing earlier this year.

Now for why somebody would choose to do it this way:

 

A) Prevent birthing a bastard.

B) Spouse demands to be married in summer and/or some time other than winter.

C) Don't care about the idea of a huge wedding.
