Since his call-up last year, Weaver has given up 14 runs to the Cubs in 5 innings. Against all other teams combined, 30 runs in 108.2 innings.

His next turn in the rotation shouldn’t come back up until some time in May so I think 160 is reasonable today

I'm not thrilled about Jon transforming into the 90-mph-tossing vet who has to work for every inch of his 3.70 ERA, but I've come to accept it.

If we were depending on and needed him to be the best guy in the rotation I’d be worried. But since we can reasonably expect Darvish, Quintana and Hendricks to all be better it doesn’t bother me all that much.
