Javy at 2 seems kinda dumb. Just stick him 4 or 5 and let him mash. There's too much else a 2 hitter should be doing. But Javy hitting bombs behind Bryzzo or Bryzzotreras would be perfect.

Not that we have a great option with Zobrist out but the Cubs twitter meatballs should be happy their precious Almora is leading off vs a RHP.

 

I’d really like to see Russell given a chance there if it’s not going to be Zobrist. I’ve liked his approach a lot this year and the underlying things he’s doing are leadoff hitterish characteristics
