Nice of the tigers and the Cardinals to lay down like dogs against the Brewers this week

 

The Cardinals series is the one that disappointed me. We really needed them to win one game. The Tigers series is whatever. They weren't going to lose against them despite the hopes of baseball being baseball.

Guys, for real, did you really think a 3-0 lead in the early innings was going to last? The Tigers are really, really bad.

 

Even if the Brewers sweep this series, you are ridiculous. This is baseball. Anything can happen.

 

Like how the Cubs peat the piss out of the ball today and lost to a team that got 3 singles.

 

Yeah, i understand. Except in this case. They weren't and aren't going to lose a game. Both their offense and pitching suck and the Brewers don't. It's just not going to happen at this point of the season.

What irks me is if we end up in a tie we have to play that number 163. That penalizes a division champion by making them play an extra game. Doesn’t the team with the better head to head record get the higher seed in other sports?
