That was fun last night. Cardinals fans were sooooo mad. And there was an extra grumpy dude sitting near me who bitched when Cubs fans cheered an then proceeded to yell about the worst possible outcome for every player that came to the plate. Pretty sure he needed a hug.

I was just about to compliment about Lackey giving a kind of likable interview, and then he complains about being taken out tonight

 

my NBC sports app cut out in the middle of this interview. I missed the bit at the end but was thinking the same thing. I just rewatched it in its entirety and this is so damn funny. he never breaks character. it's almost as funny as the time he complained about maddon taking starting pitchers out early after he got ejected from the game.
