Shame on you for not liking the Soler for Davis trade!

 

ETA: I actually don't even know if that's true. That's just what everybody said the other day.

 

I didn't like the idea of trading a position player with his talent/minor league track record and the control he had left for an injured closer on one year, but it obviously turned out extreme best case.

I felt the same way for the same reasons, but qualified liking it if they liked the medicals. Basically when the FO makes a move going forward I trust they have a solid foundation of facts and info for making a decision.

 

To be fair to both of you, I brought it up because it was the only thing I nailed right this season.

My favorite thing is when Kelly asks latin players questions that they totally don't know what she's talking about and answers them seriously (like just now asking Willy about brain freeze)

f it, they are going to repeat. I would not bet money against these guys in a playoff series.

 

They're going to be like the Giants and even years, except every year.

I'm out of town and can't watch CSN, but Plesac on MLBN is friggin' awesome. He is acting like he did when he was on locally. Big blue train conductor!! Woo wooooo!
