Is that gonna be a top 25 moment in next year's countdown @bukie?

Maybe from the regular season, sure.

Seems like poetic justice that the Cubs win the banner raising game against the one guy they never really figured out in last year's playoffs.

Second note about the game...how many stolen bases did the Dodgers have against Lester last night? How much time did ESPN spend on the narrative?

Well it was horsefeathering cold and the rain delay sucked (not that this was very possible but I wish somehow the renovations could have included widening the concourses, particularly the lower concourse) but well worth it for the ceremony and game.

Here's a question I started pondering as I watched Willson gun down guys and play great defense last night. What happens if he gets hurt? As much as it's overblown, would a Lester-Montero tandem be disastrous or nah? Do we have a defensive-minded, good-armed catcher in the minors?

without double-checking the box score, I do not believe they had any. I remember Gutierrez getting thrown out and Lindor twice

Caratini has a solid arm right? Not that it would be easy to call him up for his debut and immediately make him Lester's personal catcher

going by the precedent he set with the 108 item 2016 list, shouldn't his top moment list for the 2017 season be 1 item long.
