There is no other way this could have happened. I was worried that throughout this postseason I wasnt feeling happy enough, or nervous enough, or sad enough, and I wondered if I just didnt care as much as I used to. But tonight, TONIGHT, I found out just how much I care about this team. This game brought out my true Cub fandom, and it was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. I will remember this night forever (if the multiple glasses of aged rum dont erase it).

It hasn't even come close to hitting me that we just came back from a 3-1 series deficit by winning the last two on the road.

 

Of all the times that the Cubs wilted under pressure over the years, to win THIS WAY......Embrace the target. Preseason favorites. Best record. Biggest RD. The comeback in San Fran. Down 2-1 to LA. THIS GAME.
