I had MLB Network videos on the other day as background noise, and there was a segment where Chris Russo was waxing moronic about how the Cubs weren't a great team, while Brian Kenney tried in vain to talk sense to him.

 

At one point Russo was going on about how the Cubs' defense was bad, citing the fact that they committed multiple errors in the NLDS.

Yeah, I'm not advocating to bench him. I'm more interested in maybe dropping him down a few spots on the lineup for a game to see if that'll get him out of the funk.

Considering current trends, that's about how I would do it.

 

If the catcher is Willy and especially if it's against a lefty starter he should absolutely be higher. Probably where Heyward is.
