Part of me wonders if Maddon put Arrieta 3rd in the rotation because of MadBum. Arrieta seems like the type that would take it personal that MadBum will get the hype from his previous elimination game performances.

I think it's been decided for the last month that it was going to be Lester, Kyle, Jake, Lackey. Just worked out that way, which is fine. Jake can handle the pressure on the road better than Kyle I think.
