I get that. I still am not sure if Joe starts him as normal if he comes in and throws more than 15-20 pitches. I guess with an off day Monday and a DH he could put the spot starter he was going to use Tuesday on Sunday and then pitch Lackey/Hammel on Tuesday.

Usually after the game. Might have gone tomorrow instead, but the point is it doesn't really affect the rotation since it's 3 days before Lackey pitches again.
