That does not seem like a guy who would really have a source, but god I want this to be true.

Here are seven teams that have what it takes to pull off a Chris Sale trade https://t.co/HRBBiIlCUC https://t.co/JC7HTaJVBJ

Ours is Torres, Happ, Jimenez, Warren, and Edwards......

and the Cardinals package includes Wong. nobody [expletive] wants Kolten Wong.

Nobody [expletive] wants Warren either

Don't get me wrong, ours is a mighty fine package. But none could possibly stack up with the Red Sox, which includes 2 of Moncada/Beninendi/Devers plus 2 others.

And if the Red Sox were to acquire Sale, the very thought of them is absolutely terrifying.

Guys, come on....there's like a 0% chance that the White Sox trade Sale to the Cubs. What a PR nightmare that would be. Sox fans may come to terms with trading Sale, but to the Cubs? I just don't see it at all.

It could be a PR disaster for the Cubs, too. Sale's arm could fall of after coming to the Cubs and the Sox could get a decade and a half of majestic dongs, lofty batting averages and dating grins.

IMHO, it's only a matter of time before the White Sox leave town, anyway. This could be the start of the first time in recent memory that either Chicago team has been dominant for a significant stretch of time while the other is awful. And being as the Cell isn't like Wrigley/Wrigleyville, where people are drawn in for atmosphere alone, there's going to be more and more empty seats over there.

The fact of the matter is that the 2005 Sox were an anomaly; a patched up group of players who managed to defy all baseball logic. But it was enough for Kenny Williams (who like Theo, is essentially GM despite a fancier title,) to earn the endless adoration and employment of Jerry, who's allowed him to spend the past decade thriving off those championship fumes and do pretty much whatever he wants, thus driving the franchise into the ground.

How does 1 man cut 25 jerseys in an efficient manner ?

Were they that bad? I think it was the collars.

If only Chris checked the forecast and realized it was gonna rain, he wouldn't even have to cut the jerseys.

Did we ever get confirmation he cut up everyone's jerseys? That would be amazing. I thought that's what they were inferring at first, but I later came to interpret that one tweet as Sale cut up his own jersey, therefore making the entire team unable to wear their jerseys because it would look horsefeathering weird if the pitcher was the only one wearing a completely different uniform.

This morning our nearly two-year-old son was not happy we put a collared shirt on him. He was pulling at the collar and freaking out. My wife said, "Alright, Chris."
