Some idiot sucks at SQL and another idiot sucks at quality assurance.

 

MLB.TV is poorly developed, including their mobile apps. On top of that, because of the marketshare of Android OS and Windows, they can claim they are "Available on over 400 devices" which i've never seen an application market themselves that way.
