Richard might be the only guy in our bullpen I don't like. Why not wood?

Richard is a fine loogy. Save your bullpen hate for Cahill

Yeah, that sidearm action has to make it tough for lefties to pick him up.

Gotta love that the Cubs can throw out their 5th starter and pull some guy out of the stands to play left field and they are winning this game.

Heyward backs away/moves his hands up to avoid getting hit on a lot of called strikes on the inside corner it seems like. I feel like he should back away from the plate if he's that worried about getting hit.

I feel like he should stand wherever he likes

does anyone remember what season the go cubs go thing started? i think it was sometime between the 03-04 teams and the lou teams.

i know back in the 90s they used to play "walkin on sunshine" or "get down tonight" after the last out of wins

I want to say it was later like 2008 or 2009. I was at the Cincinnati game that we clinched the division. Fans stayed after the game waiting for the Brewers to lose for the clinch. We were singing it then and I remember it being a relatively new thing.

Okay Heyward, I know I told you to stop being bad in the last at bat but could you REALLY stop being bad for this at bat?

I wanna so '07. I was at the game where they took the percentage points lead over the Brewers in '07 and they played it.
