At the break, the Nats have MLB’s best ERA (3.29); they just passed the Cubs. On hearing this on Sunday, one Nat said, “Oh, you mean the greatest team of all time?”

Saw his quote in a story about the Nats. Cubs hate is strong around the MLB

Love Harper, even more so in a Cubs uniform, but he has one of most punchable faces in baseball. I guess Bryant realized they were in Vegas and not a Bernie or Bust rally.

I feel like his hair is especially douchey. But that might just be jealousy since I'm losing mine.

9.6 WAR/162g, owed 5/129 after this season, or

Is there any way to know when the Cubs are taking BP? I would like to see it once while I'm in town. I know today it was early.

Cubs often don't take BP and I'm pretty sure when they do at home, it's before the gates open.

Best luck is to try and see them on the road, usually can't get in for home BP

I did see it in Atlanta once. I guess that will have to do.

Just realized the Cubs have a chance to do something they've never done before this season (to my knowledge):

Have two hitters with 40 or more home runs in a single season.
