In a point spread pool and I still have 4 of my 8 teams remaining. This is a fun way to do a pool.

 

Tonight I need Kansas -6.5 and Miami +4

 

Friday I need Wisconsin +1 and North Carolina -5.5

I'm in a knockout pool - 1 pick per day, can't pick the same team twice, last one standing wins. So far I've used up Kentucky, Xavier, Iowa State and Maryland. Today I picked Oklahoma.

 

3 out of 6 left, took KU, OK, and Nova. We really need Virginia to win tomorrow because we've exhausted Iowa State in each of the remainings.

Damn, I had every team who made it to the final 8 today correct. Tomorrow I can get another 2 in with UNC and UVA and go 6/8 on the elite eight. Michigan State and West Virginia had to mess it all up for me haha.

It was a fun season but that was a depressing way to go out. OU is a damn good team but that was one of the worst games we played all year. After OU made a run to take their lead after our quick start we started playing tentative & scared. And don't even get me started on the atrocious FT shooting. That made me want to punch babies.

they had cut the lead to 8 when that clearly bad call was made. woulda had the ball with chance to cut lead to 6 with 13 min left and with god mode niang on the court. not great odds, but given the start I would have felt ok about it.

Yeah bukie, for the most part I did. Really only liked two teams coming into the tournament, UNC and OU, and I have both in the championship game. I picked a couple minor upsets like wichita state winning a few, but by and large I picked by the numbers. Kansas losing dampens my run, but I had them losing next round regardless.
