It really shouldn't, but for whatever reason the fact that Carolina seems like a prohibitive favorite by most prognosticators is making me nervous.

Nose touched when he first hit which is when the ball first moved. Am I 100% certain? No. But it iseems possible if not likely and the call was incomplete on the field.

As far as the game is concerned ... Carolina offense looks dazed. The non-catch should have been an easy catch but got bobbled, oline is getting dominated. They just don't seem to have the same confidence at this point.

No doubt. Not taking away from them. Just saying Carolina offensively isn't playing full speed, with confidence. They have the dazed, this game is huge look some teams get in the SB. Hopefully they snap out of it.

why on Earth would you use your last challenge on that?

 

Riverboat Ron doesn't need challenges the last 70% of the game!

 

Edit: real answer, while I'm not saying it's a good idea to use both challenges early in the 2nd quarter, at least these days you are still protected on all scores, turnovers and the last 2 minutes of the game.
