Oh look at all those long suffering fans. It's been a whole 15 years since they last won the pennant and 29 since they won a World Series. Poor them.

I can't believe I'm saying I'd rather have Ross start but... Ok I'm not saying that yet. Start Schwarber at C

Fowler

Schwarber

Bryant

Rizzo

Castro

Soler

esp with hendricks and hammel i'd be fine going insane offense seeing what happens. it's supposed to be nice in chicago, get soler back in the lineup.

mets fans haven't had it much better in the 20 years i've been watching baseball, granted, they did have that WS loss and that series that ended on the beltran called 3rd strike.

This reminds me of the Orioles last year. Convincing win over the Tigers then the bats went silent in the ALCS en route to being swept

I'm going to bed. If the Cubs come back and win this you can thank me

and i'm going to the gym

i figure it's not like i'll be distraught if i miss a comeback win

Jerry Seinfeld might date someone the same age as the last Mets pennant

Yeah I don't care. Their suffering pales in comparison to ours (as you know of course). At least they can find tv and radio evidence of their latest World Series victory and can see every one of their 4 (I think) World Series appearances in color

Why am I still watching this? I could be upstairs working on a voiceover audition.

That's probably why. Procrastination, not like I'm waiting for the Cubs to do anything.
