I wonder what ole bernsy's gonna have to say tomorrow.

 

He was talking on twitter last night that now we'll never know what really happened, which is probably true...and lamenting that, which is reasonable.

 

The he went on about not knowing if he can be a fan of the Blackhawks after all this came out last night, which I think is silly.

 

He's the guy that claims not to be a fan anyway.

 

My problem is with his idea that the blackhawks don't have to wait for him to be proven guilty, but should have come out a long time ago and either have said or done something indicating that they think he's guilty.

When i heard the bag turned up on her doorstep i thought someone was trying to intimidate her. Not Kane in particular, but maybe his beloved cop friends. However, she could have thought it would be a good way to get Kane's team to settle.

Matt Spiegel said something yesterday (paraphrasing) that people needed to stop rooting for this as if it were a sporting event, and not be rooting for your team to "win".

 

And the DiCaro thing is awful. She's done nothing to deserve this.

I'm rooting for Kane to be innocent. If he's guilty then he needs to be punished appropriately. I do not hope he gets off or beats the system.

he's acting like this is uncommon, or specific to Chicago fans. If Kane played for the Bruins there would be no death threats only because the Boston media would be his biggest supporter and cheerleader. Chicago fans are appropriately torn up about it.

 

I think a lot of people want him to be innocent, but if proven guilty, they will acknowledge the horrible truth in a second, and Kane will be dead to them.

Now they are showing security video proving the chain of custody and that the rape kit is in a clear box.

Her lawyer, who worked both sides of the law before, had no idea that bags aren't used to hold rape kits in Eerie County? His law career is over.
