Not feeling optimistic about this one, but we did beat Roy Halladay with Jason Marquis in 2008, so anything can happen.

WHAT NO WAY GET OUTTA DOWN I DON'T BELIEVE IT

Jason Marquis wasn't bad in 2008. Teams beat good pitchers all of the time. Why are you so sad all of the damn time.

The weather will more than likely cancel this one -- tornado weather to boot.

cubs are going to have to play a double header soon getting close to no off days towards the stretch.. jesus. weather has been bad this year.

I mean, he wasn't Estes, but yeah he kinda sucked

agree wholeheartedly with the rest

Nah, go by Fangraphs or BR, he was fine as a back of the rotation option. He was thoroughly unlikable, but actually had some value.

Any update on who's replacing Schwarber?

Lake can't come back yet, Alcantara's hot streak seems to be subsiding, and Szczur seems to be at the top of the pecking order, plus he didn't play yesterday for Iowa.

Greinke is the only one I'm a little scared of, and that's entirely because of his picture:

He was SO scary on Tiny Toons:

We also beat him with Sergio Mitre in 2005. This stuff happens all the time, all it takes is a good Wada outing and a little bit of offense.

We also hit Kershaw fairly well in late September last year. I think he gave up 3-4 runs in 5 innings and allowed 9-10 base runners in those 5 innings.

Fake edit: OK looked it up 5IP, 7 H, 3 ER, 3 BB, 106 pitches, Rizzo went 1-2 with a double and HBP against Kershaw.

Soler would be nice.

Would have to think they send him on a rehab stint first especially with his injury history
