Looks like ESPN had Bryant with 21 hits coming into this game while fangraphs had 22. He may have had a hit taken away in a previous game by an official scorer that fangraphs didn't catch.

It's too early to recognize that Coghlan is a 4th OF/bench bat material at best....and that outside of 3 guys(1 just returning from injury....the other still injured.....and NEITHER having any extended track record of HUGE success to begin with on top of it) the pen is pretty much ass....and that another starter that can be counted on to at least give you some quality innings might be a good idea...?

Might not happen this year, Theo and Jed have preached sustaining long-term success so anything that makes us better in the short-term but might hurt us going forward is a no-go.
