A split against the Cards would feel like a gift to me given how we're struggling to score runs, but if we can go 2-2, I'd feel good about things heading into Milwaukee next weekend.

Lol. 7-7 at Wrigley..

why is that funny?

Not sure but 8-4 in night games and 5-6 in day games speaks to me.

Like that dog spoke to David Berkowitz.

It's not. It's exasperation.

oh no, we're .500 in a small chunk of games during a season where we all thought we'd be around .500

Have to make the decision to invest 3 hrs every night to watch or check the box scores every morning. Watching these guys is exciting but also frustrating. We will lead mlb in k/ab for sure this year.

It's going to be a frustrating year at times; probably a lot. It's also going to be a ton of fun. That's just rhe nature of a youth-driven team that's still coming in to its own. The Astros are going to similarly hit the wall themselves, and in turn the Cubs are likely going to have some awesome runs in them.

Some people say they know there are going to be growing pains with such a young roster, but then seem to forget it. It's going to be an up and down year, but it should be entertaining.

The Brewers were so excited they won a series they decided to fire their manager.

I guess we aren't considered good enough yet that winning a series on the road against us saves jobs

Aramis supposed to be back today so it won't get any easier.

Actually, it might.

I knew what was going to happen when I saw this [expletive] post.

Can't imagine getting fired after a win happens very often unless it's game 162
