Ingram back to Saints 4/16

Cobb back to Packers 4/40

D. Free back to Cowboys 3/15

Rumors were that Ingram's agent was starting negotiations at $5M per. Nice to see.

Now if Drew would budge on reworking his deal the Saints might be able to sign a CB or O-line help.

Looks like Patrick Willis is going to retire at age 30. Wow.

Huh?? Where did you see that??

All over twitter, Rotoworld, etc.

@Rand_Getlin: Source: the #49ers are bracing themselves for the loss of LB Patrick Willis. Expecting him to retire.

Jeeeez. I know he was injured last year, but that was just a strained big toe.

I guess he wants to just go fishing year round. He is as country as it gets.

A source tells Yahoo the 49ers are expecting ILB Patrick Willis to retire.

Earlier Monday morning, PFT's Mike Florio teased a bomb coming out of San Francisco. We now know what it is. Willis is only 30 years old, so we're guessing this early retirement has to do with the troublesome toe injury that ended his 2014 season after six games. It would be a sad end to a dominant career that saw Willis get named a first-team All-Pro five times in eight seasons. His retirement would net the 49ers $7.4M in cap space.

Wow. That would be an enormous loss for them and for fans like me who really enjoyed watching him play

Good for him. He has earned close to 50 million dollars and is getting out before risking the further chance of brain trauma or other significant injury.

I wonder if he gets an early retirement discount with the HOF. Was a pro-bowler 7 times, every year of his career except last year due to injury. Was arguably the best at his position for the better part of a decade. Although he probably needed three or four more years to get in the HOF. He was a hell of a specimen coming out of college. Men that are 240 lbs aren't supposed to be able to run 4.4's.

He's an HOF'er. He was probably the best LB in football for 5 years.

Justin Smith retiring too. Wow, hell of an offseason for the Niners!

But they got their man at coach

It's gotta make you at least question if ownership should have remove Baalke from the situation, instead of allowing him to fire Harbaugh.

Uhhh, the entire 49ers offseason has made people question everything they are doing.

Don't you know him? Surprised you didn't get a text.

Julius Thomas to Jags. Didn't see that one coming.

Good for him coming from being a complete unknown to getting a huge contract. Hopefully he donates some of it to Peyton Manning's charity of choice. This is going to be a complete bust of a contract solely due to the atrocious Jags QB situation.
