@JayZawaski670: Bears and the 1923 Rochester Jeffersons are the two NFL teams to allow 50+ points in consecutive weeks. @PatrickMannelly's rookie season.

Against the packers, it's not the coach. Rodgers was completing passes through fully materialized defenders since Lovie was here.

How's that hot seat that a bunch of you said Trestman was not on? No way he's coaching the Bears next year. He might not be the coach for the next game.

Your feelings tend to change when you give up 106 points in 2 games. I said all along if he lost the team and/or the team bottoms out he is on the hot seat but most likely he'd be back. He's not taking the most likely route right now.

And here's a mock from Rob Rang at CBS: http://mweb.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/nfl-draft-scout/24794013/nfl-mock-draft-to-improve-on-d-giants-bears-bet-on-speed

8. Chicago Bears - Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri: A humiliating performance against the Green Bay Packers in Week 10 proved yet again that despite investments in free agency and the draft, the Bears' defense remains alarmingly toothless. Ray, the SEC's leading sack artist, has the explosiveness off the edge to quickly improve Chicago's pass rush.

I'll be mildly surprised if Tucker isn't fired tomorrow. Williams may have saved DeCamillis.

Losing like this coming off a bye, which followed an absolute ass kicking in New England is....disturbing. Trestman deserves to lose his job. Emery as well, but that won't happen.

Trestman took a definite stand of support for his staff. Unless it comes from above him I'd be shocked any change is made.

And I joked about it, but I'm still about 70% sure Williams return was related only to exhaustion and disinterest.

I don't think Trestman will be given a choice. My guess is ownership will be leaning fairly hard on Emery, and as we know, isht runs down hill.

This isn't a Jerry Jones ownership. They're extremely hands off.

Based solely on NFL precedent week 15 or so would seem to be the sweet spot to expect change.

I had a Packers fan over and I talked her into watching a movie once halftime hit; I've never seen a drubbing like that where a team has just completely checked out and failed at every aspect of the game. I hate to go all meatball, but you're coming off of a humiliating defeat with a bye week and you're playing your rivals and...this is what happens? The defense sucking, sure, but what the [expletive] happened to this offense? Are the injuries really creating THAT much of a difference between this year and the last?

I will say if you're gonna can Emery though you gotta hope for it to go even past that. Maybe let Phillips move into a role likevKenney has for the Cubs, and bring in a president of football operations. Get a guy who has past success and will hire a full staff from GM to HC.

Just because they are quitter than the Jones' and Snyders' of the world doesn't mean they don't share their opinions and send messages to certain members of their staff. The truth is that no one knows for sure how much involvement they have there.

Since 140 characters isn't enough and 95% of my 203 Twitter followers don't care, I'm going to have to rant here. Can't think of a better place.

I can't handle Jim Miller on the CSN postgame. Jim freaking Miller, the owner of zero playoff wins, a 75.2 career passer rating and a 4-game steroids suspension, throwing stones at Jay. I get the whole thing with Jay -- untimely turnovers, inconsistencies, etc. But after a 20-year run of complete suck at quarterback -- which includes Jim freaking Miller! -- Jay has to be the best option.

Up until 2009, every time the Bears have played the Packers, the broadcast would trot out this hilarious graphic detailing all of the quarterbacks (Chad Hutchinson, harfharfharf!) the Bears have used during the Brett Favre/Aaron Rodgers era.

Now we get a guy in that (usually) gives the Bears their best chance, and Jim freaking Miller wants to pile on Jay tonight, of all nights. After a historically bad two-game stretch by the defense, Jim Miller spends the better part of the postgame ranting about Jay. 42 points allowed in the first half from the defense. [expletive] you Jim Miller, you [expletive] [expletive].

I know I never post here and this is a bizarre rant, but I'm so blind with rage I can't sleep. Carry on, NSBB.

Saw a bunch of folks on my Twitter going off on Jim Miller just like you were. Thank goodness I don't pay attention to sports media outside of games, I don't know how so many of you can pull it off.

Eh it was a little annoying but Jay actually did have a bad game and I don't necessarily expect Miller to give a breakdown on D. The really hilarious part was when Jiggets asked what an average QB gives up in TO (after a funny rounding job by Miller) and Miller subsequently brings up Brees, then Brady and Manning (he had previously mentioned Rodgers obviously). Lol
