I still get excited over games like tonight's and hate waiting. And I miss the atmosphere of being at the games, plus tailgating. It's one of the only times I really feel homesick and miss Tallahassee.

Over/under on WVU-Baylor was 81, I think. Easy money on the over. More than halfway there before the half and both QBs have been terrible so far.

Oregon-Washington should be entertaining. Quite a few potential first rounders between both teams - Oregon has Marcus Mariota, Ifo Ekpre-Olumu and Arik Armstead while Washington has Marcus Peters, Shaq Thompson, Danny Shelton and Hau’oli Kikaha.

Eventually Arkansas is going to win against a ranked team. It's only like their 6th matchup this year against one and been very competitive in all, but the 2nd half against Auburn.

I really think the Hogs finally win this week, as long as B Allen shows up at QB. We have had aTm and Bama beat before giving them away. We run for 250 today.

Jim Chaney: OC + QB coach Arkansas

Jim Chaney's a terrific coach. Very smart offensive mind and the players really rallied around him after Dooley was ousted at Tennessee. The credit is usually given to him for Jonathon Crompton going from an embarrassment at QB to a really solid player his final year. He has NFL experience too, so that'd be an extra draw.

I can tell you that Arkansas fans for the most part wouldn't mind to see him go. I'm mixed so far. He gets credit for Allen's improved play, but there has been some questionable second half play calling this season. We lead the world in rushing, yet he calls only one rush on consecutive 3 and outs with a late lead vs aTm.

Anyone have any opinion on Willie Fritz as a potential head coach candidate for KU? Remember, we're not pulling an existing coach from a P5 conference. Right now the candidates seem to be:

Ed Warinner: Co-OC/OL coach at tOSU

David Beaty: WR coach aTm

Tim Beck: OC + QB coach at Neb (no thank you)

Clint Bowen:our current DC (no thank you)

Willie Fritz: HC Georgia Southern

Pat Narduzzi: DC Michigan State

Jim Chaney: OC + QB coach Arkansas

Scott Frost: Co-OC and QB coach at Oregon

Josh Heupel: Co-OC and QB coach at OU (no thank you)

Mike Norvell: OC + QB coach at Arizona State

Matt Wells: HC at Utah State

I've bolded the ones who I think will be in the first tier. But that's just me guessing.

Maybe Ruffin McNeil, but I don't think he'd come.

Some talk of Jerry Kill, but his buyout is crazy, and I don't know why he'd leave MINN

FYI, I really like Mike Norvell's play calling at ASU. He's creative and seems to adapt well to changing personnel. Obviously that doesn't necessarily mean he will do well as a head coach.

No idea how much credit Scott Frost deserves for Oregon's offensive success as opposed to Chip Kelly and Mark Helfrich.

Kevin Sumlin and his staff are stealing money every time they cash a paycheck. This is embarrassing.

lol. sports fans are the worst.

Are you watching this [expletive]? We wouldn't beat KU right now.

No, I'm watching us get hammered by a terrible Texas Tech team.

In Manila, Philippines for a few months on a work trip, and we found a sports bar to watch the Nebraska game at. We'll be heading over there in an hour or so, at 6:45am Sunday morning local time. Good luck Northwestern fans, your team has outplayed us three years in a row. Very nervous. GBR

Haha. Alabama has more points than TAMU has yards.
