We do have an open 40 man spot too. I hope Hendricks starts the rest of the year. Let Wada and Beeler fight it out for the other spot.

Don't forget Straily.

Damn, already did. But yeah, he should probably take precedence over Wada and Beeler. His velo has been down though this year. He may need a while to fine tune things, I guess?

Sorry for the exaggeration, but I'd love to see Javy, KB, Schwarber, Soler, and Vogelbach as a 3rd team in the HR derby.

I've been thinking a lot about the and their off days. Like, what do they do all day. Do they play videos games? Or watch a lot of TV? :D

Anybody here get excited thinking of Baez and Bryant at Wrigley?

Not particularly. For some reason I always imagine them in road games.

That was very well played. All I had was a podium joke.

You were supposed to picture them hitting bombs off their own face on the new left field vide board.nn

Somewhere Ricketts just woke up screaming from a terrible nightmare of a broken Jumbotron.

In both cases, they're getting better behind the plate. They could both use a bump up in competition, but Contreras in Daytona has to be keeping that from happening. In my opinion, they each have a chance still to develop late and become legit prospects. For now though, neither is even in remote consideration for a top 30 spot on my personal list.

fujikawa pitched for the azl cubs. he supposedly pitched a clean first and then got knocked around in the 2nd, but i don't know if this is one of those things where MiLB just screws up the 2nd inning pitcher and it was actually someone else.

1) They've corrected the Fujikawa line. He only pitched one ip.

2) has anyone created fangraphs custom pages with all the new additions from the draft + trades? If not, I'll take care of it this week.
