Gonna catch an Iowa game in OKC in a couple of weeks. Bryant might have 20 home runs in AAA by then.

Will be interesting to hear what Theo and Jed come up with for why Bryant breaks camp with Iowa next year. I mean it's the smart thing to do, but it will be funny nonetheless. We've already gotten the "it's his first full year as a pro" line, but that won't work next spring.

it's only his 2nd year as a pro.

If the ultimate decision is to move him to RF, that's your justification right there. Let him play 3B through the end of the year and then move him to right in spring training. On the final day of spring you say he needs more game action in RF.

They'll probably cite defense. But for all I care, he can sit and pick dandelions if he's OPS'ing 1.400.

They can always move him to the OF and say he needs reps out there defensively.

Kris Bryant needs 8 more home runs in the next four weeks to reach 50 in his first calendar year as a pro.

Think he can get to 60 by then?

Better hope he's still there by then.

No strikeouts in 9PA for the Iowa big three (so far).
