Good recruiter, but I just don't think he can coach. His regular season records at Ohio were scary when he was hired by Illinois initially, and now (to me anyway), they really do look like the norm.

I kind of think it's the opposite. They executed really well while Rice was hurt, they're just young and don't have any real go to guys right now. He needs a PG desperately and if he can get one, I think that makes all the difference in the world.
