Just generally being a complete douchebag is enough for me to dislike Manziel, but I basically agree with you. Winston may or may not be guilty of date rape, but he clearly was a pretty shitty guy at least one night.

you think manziel hasn't had sex with a wasted chick about 184 times in his life? Anyway, who would you rather bet your life on staying out of trouble the next 15 years? I'll take Winston. I doubt either one does something crazy and ends up in jail, but Manziel is gonna cause so many more headaches for his team, and his talent just isnt worth it, compared to an actual prospect like Winston.

The names I've heard are Jimbo Fisher, Malzahn, Harbaugh, and Urban Meyer. With Fisher being the favorite based on being the most likely to be picked and accept the job. Harbaugh might be the 1st choice based on preference and might be offered $8 million per.

 

However it goes I don't think we will have an announcement till January unless Meyer becomes the 1st choice.

Is Texas really that much of a better job than FSU or OSU? I am not trying to have a big comparison, I would just think that the money and ability to compete are similar to Texas

Yeah, Meyer is 24-1 at OSU (and that's not likely to get much worse, as the big ten isn't terribly tough right now), is originally from Toledo and doesn't even have to leave his state to recruit if he doesn't want to. What's the incentive to go to Texas?
