is there any real evidence to suggest that a small guy like edwards can't handle a season of starting? or is that just a thing people say?

 

i mean being an out of shape fat toad somehow helps bartolo colon make it through a season, but a skinny athletic guy like edwards is going to collapse from fatigue in july or something?

i thought that the emerging thought is that small guys who throw hard usually are putting less stress on their bodies. Lincecum is a nice example.
