Candelario will be really interesting if/when his power finally comes around.

Agree. He's only 19 and playing full season ball. He's right on schedule.

I thought more of his power would be showing by now, but the other parts of his game all seem to be ahead of schedule. With his build and his swing, it's hard to imagine he doesn't eventually hit for some power.

Pinyero done at: 6 IP, 3 H, 0 BB, 7 K. ERA at 1.96

 

Loosen holding steady so far in his return to AA: 5 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 3 K

Dat K/BB. I saw it and had to go check it to make sure it was real. He has a 93/23 K/BB in 101.2 IP.

He doesn't rerank or regrade the guys, just posts 2 or 3 sentences about each guy on his preseason top 20. there's about 5 people that post in this forum that could provide a more interesting writeup

i've been reading his midseason org reports - he discusses how each of his top 20 is faring and also mentions guys who have become factors in the first half of the year, without producing a new list.
