I'm definitely intrigued by Valbuena at second.

WTF is Rizzo trying to steal third with Molina behind the plate?

Always seems like we try to steal way too much on Molina.

I remember some of the years with Lee at first base where we struggled to get a legit left handed hitter into the lineup.

Today, we have five.

Who are you counting as the 5th, Navarro or Sweeney?

DeJesus

Valbuena

Rizzo

Schierholtz

Sweeney

Forgot Navarro is a switch hitter, actually.

I guess the last two stretch the "legit" part of the other post, but still a big change from years past.

I still hate the term "productive out", since outs are the most precious thing in baseball, but hey, at least the runner's at 3rd.

My inner meathead just swooned at how Rizzo shortened his swing and went the other way for that hit.

it's awesome that he does that; it helps make him un-shiftable
