UM's non conference schedule is going to be much tougher than last year. Thankfully UM has the home portion of the home and home against Arizona this year.

Puerto Rico Tip Off Tournament with Georgetown, Kansas State, VCU, Florida State

 

To compare, last year's toughest non-conference games were at home against NC State, and vs. Kansas State and Pittsburgh at MSG.

1. No, because after all the teeth-gnashing, IU is currently under-signed.

I guess someone close to the program has said it is more that the freshman coming in, Hill, is better than him already and he sees the writing on the wall. FWIW.

Groce was on the score the other day and he seemed to indicate that Henry wasn't "buying in" or 100% invested in what he was trying to do. But it certainly opens up a spot for Hill to play immediately while balanced by Ekey, although it may necessitate playing Colbert more minutes than is prudent. i'd like to see Morgan get some minutes next year just as a big goofy rebounder/space eater, which would open up Egwu to do more as a jump-shooter.

 

we're definitely going to be highly reliant on freshmen, but there are some good ones coming in.
