I think the Steelers would be very happy to run this pick up. WR is a big need, and maybe more so with Sanders being tendered (which they may not match and take the Pat 3rd, pick 91). They won't mind passing on WR in the first two rounds if this guy is there in the third.

 

Steelers pick WR Markus Wheaton, Oregon St.

 

He had a productive career and wowed with his combine numbers being at the top in the shuttle, cone drill, and bench among WR, to go along with 4.45 speed. He has the potential to make fans forget about Mike Wallace in a few years.
