Pugh? We really don't need another tackle.

He's got to be a G in the NFL.

What country are you from?

The one where the Bears don't need another [expletive] right tackle. Webb was one of our better lineman last year, and will be moving to a much easier position, and I know Carmimi is moving to guard, but I'd still think he would be a good right tackle with a full offseason being healthy and that knee healed up. And they like Jon Scott too. We need help on the interior of the line, speciifically a replacement to Garza.

They don't have one now. They spent big on a tackle they will probably have to cut in two years. The bears need tackles.

But they need interior OL now.

I somehow forgot that Berman is the human equivalent of ear cancer.

Espn is the worst

Yea thankfully a minute later my brain apparently woke up and realized NFLN has a draft show too.

That was pretty bad. It's as if the thought process was "welp everyone bitches about us not using draft picks on the OL WELL WATCH THIS"

Bears selected Oregon OL Kyle Long with the No. 20 overall pick

Long (6-foot-6 1/8, 313) is the son of Howie and brother of Chris. Kyle only started 11 games for the Ducks after playing baseball at Florida State and spending the 2010 and 2011 seasons at Saddleback Community College as a defensive and offensive lineman. Ideally suited to left guard, Long has relatively short arms (33 3/8") but is arguably the second most athletic interior offensive lineman in this draft, behind Jonathan Cooper. Long ran 4.94 at the Combine with a 1.68 ten-yard split and 28-inch vertical. Many suggested Long would be a second-round pick due to his inexperience at the position, but offensive lineman are in high demand during the first-round. Due to his natural athleticism and aggression, Long fits a variety of spots along the line.

I read that as a jack of all trades master of none.

So I take it...not good? I didn't read or hear much about him and it looks like there was already a run on OLinemen (though its a deep draft), someone compared him to a project like Shea Mclellan, which is definitely NOT what we need there.

Oh well at least they took an Olineman.

Floyd is there and they pass on him? I know about the baggage, lack of production as far as sack totals, and Melton also playing the 3 technique, but he's by far the best player avail. and with Melton's contract pending again, I really wanted him here.
