The last couple of years we could survive poor shooting nights but that's not always going to be the case this year. Also, due to the lack of depth compared to last year, its gonna be harder to win the 2nd of back to backs.

Back to backs early in the season seem to be tougher though I have no data to back that up. If they can win 3 out of these next 4 I will feel good about this team. Saturday night wa just a horrendous shooting night. Boozer Noah Hinrich and rip aren't gonna be that bad on the same night often.

We're probably a .500 team without Rose, or at least I hope we are. i'll leave it up for you to decide whether that's mediocre or 'not very good'. The fact that Cinderella teams don't exist in the NBA do make it hard to get into a team that is likely a 5-6 seed at best but the NBA is awesome so I'll keep watching.

We'll be an above .500 team without Rose. The ceiling after that will obviously greatly depend on how Rose returns and if he does regain any semblance of his former self (this year and ever, really).

If the Bulls win this game, it will only be because the championship contender Celtics, who were a few injuries away from the finals last year, clearly don't care about winning in the regular season.
