It's going to take a matchup with another successful passing team. If the defense is holding the opposition to 12 points then Jay isn't going to throw it 45 times for 300 yards and 3 TD.

I doubt the Bears will cover that spread, and I'm generally expecting a low-scoring game. The Panthers aren't good because they keep figuring out how to wind up on the short end of the score. But -- they've only been blown out once. Cutler won't be 100%. I think the Bears gameplan will feature a heavy dose of Forte/Bush.
