Dolis didn't know the game was over. LOL.

Must have thought the first strikeout was last inning since he's not used to striking out multiple guys in an inning.

Dolis thought that was either strike 2 or out 2

He knew it was a K. He stepped off the mound and turned as if to watch the ball go around the horn.

Nice job by Dolis. Good win all around. Didn't give in when they tied it -- just kept plugging along. Nice to hear a quiet St. Louis crowd.

Lets see if i can describe this right.

In a game where it would've been crushing to lose, we won when we should've, even though we shouldn't have because the stl made worse plays even though they catch all the breaks.

:-k

Something like that.

We are now tied with the Brewers and Astros for 4th place.

Step 1: LaHair to left, Rizzo to first, Soriano to a used car dealership.

Step 2: Convince Ian Stewart to stop sleeping with John Q. Babip's wife while Geovany Soto watches.

Step 3: Fix the bullpen.

Step 4: Celebrate division title.

Of course...

4 runs of offense would have won Dempster 3 of his previous 5 starts (with the pen blowing the other 2), but this time he gives up more than 1 ER in a start for only the 2nd time this year.

To be honest I would rather that we lose this game.

because....?

I don't like to reward stupidity.

So your solution is to become stupid, instead of rewarding stupidity. Nice choice.

The Cubs have been left unrewarded for stupidity for over a century. Let's just enjoy it when we win ok?

Good God, was flipping channels and just came across the most meatbally White Sox commercial ever.

Aren't they all pretty meatbally?
