oh you're right, our worst reliever came into a tight game and immediately gave up two BBs, I beg for Dale's forgiveness.

 

And then?

a ball was hit hard that luckily went right to a fielder. You honestly think this was the best spot to let marmol work through his [expletive]? The (lucky) result doesn't justify the bad decision.

 

Would you rather we waited for the first 6 run lead or deficit we run into? Letting Marmol sit in the pen not pitching isn't going to accomplish anything.

Chances are, with our offense and pitching there aren't going to be too many blowouts you would think (at least that's the way things have gone) so he's going to have to pitch in close games if he's going to pitch.

Yeah, with as good as the starting pitching is and as mediocre as the offense is, there's not going to be a ton of garbage time to reserve Marmol for.

i'm not big on this "rivalry" but i am surprised to see that we're about to be only a half game worse than the white sox. i felt like there had been a lot of positive white sox talk so far this season.
